Frequently asked questions

Why is CarFlow not public on Google Play?

CarFlow ships through a closed test. After buying a key you open 48-hour download access for your Gmail on Get download access.

What if I change phones?

Tap Log out in the app on the old phone, then activate on the new one. Each key can move 2 times in 365 days. Customers moving from CarTube get one extra free move.

Is the app removed after 48 hours?

No. 48 hours is the window to install from Google Play. The installed app keeps working; open access again to reinstall.

Do CarTube keys work?

Yes. CarTube keys move to CarFlow; enter your old key in the CarFlow app.
